Free cancellation 24 hours in advance
If you cancel your day trip at least 24 hours in advance, there is no charge. Later cancellations or no-shows will be charged at 100% of the amount paid.
Deposit for a day trip of 30% of the total amount
A day trip deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm your booking. No reservation is possible without this deposit!
The deposit can be paid online by credit card or bank transfer. We will email you the exact payment details for a specific trip. You can also choose to pay a 50% deposit or the full amount in advance.
Fixed price per car, no additional taxes or fees
The price of our day tours is fixed and includes all taxes and fees.

Supplementary payment directly to the driver
Additional payment for a day trip can be made directly to the driver in cash or by arrangement by credit card.
Entrance fees are not included in the price of the trip
Entrance fees to attractions are not included in the price of the tour. If you wish to visit a museum, castle, church or other monument, you will need to pay the entrance fee separately. We recommend that you check the website of each attraction for opening times and entrance fees.
The tip for the driver is optional
The tip for the driver is voluntary and not obligatory. If you are satisfied with your driver's service, you can express your gratitude with a small monetary reward.
An extra hour beyond the driving time will be charged
If you wish to extend your day trip for an extra hour, you will be charged €50 for the first hour. The second and each subsequent hour + €25 surcharge. The return journey is not included in the trip time.
If you wish to extend your stay at the destination, you will have to negotiate with the driver and pay for the extra hours.
The city tour is charged for 4 hours plus travel
The city tour is charged for 4 hours plus travel. A day tour usually takes 10-12 hours.
Child seats and boosters available on request
Child seats and booster seats are available on request. Please let us know the age and number of children travelling with you when ordering so that we can provide the appropriate equipment.
Obligation to have documents with you, preferably a passport and visa if travelling to another country
It is the duty of every passenger to carry documents, preferably a passport and a visa if travelling to another country. Our taxi company is not responsible for any problems with customs or immigration authorities.
Flexible start and end times
The start and end of the trip is flexible and depends on your schedule and agreement with the driver. The guide is not included in the price. If you require a guide, you will need to arrange this yourself.
Private Tour
The trip is always private for a family, couple or small group of up to 7(8) passengers. You don't have to share a car with strangers, you have your privacy and peace of mind.
