Are stops possible during the journey?

Yes, short stops for restroom or refreshments are always possible and free of charge.

Along the route, you can enjoy a quick Italian coffee stop or continue towards France, where a fresh baguette break is always a great option.

Stops are flexible and always adjusted to your comfort during the journey.

How are the transfer prices calculated?

Transfer prices vary depending on the travel date (weekdays vs. weekends), high or low season, number of passengers, and the selected vehicle type.

Routes from Italy to France typically include highway tolls (€40–60) and tunnel fees such as Mont Blanc or Fréjus tunnel (approximately €70).
These factors may influence the final price depending on the selected route and current conditions.

Every offer is always sent with the final price including all fees and charges.

Are the prices shown on the website final?

No — the prices displayed for each route are approximate starting prices.
The final price depends on the season and availability and will be confirmed in your personalised offer.

What payment options are available?

A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance is usually payable to the driver on the day of travel.
Full prepayment is also available if preferred.

Are child seats and ski equipment allowed?

Yes, child seats and booster seats are provided free of charge upon request.

We also transport skis, snowboards and oversized luggage.
Please inform us in advance about the number of items to ensure the correct vehicle capacity.

Are the vehicles equipped for winter conditions?

Yes, all vehicles are equipped with winter tyres as required by law (minimum until 31 March).

We typically keep winter tyres until the end of April due to possible snow in the Alps. 

Vehicles are also equipped with snow chains, and some models are 4x4.
We always ensure safe and reliable transport even in winter conditions.

Are there any delays on the route?

During weekends, especially on Saturdays, routes towards the Alps are very busy. 

Delays of 30 to 60 minutes may occur, particularly before major tunnels such as Mont Blanc or Fréjus. 

Please also note that tunnels may occasionally be closed overnight for maintenance.
This is important to consider when planning early flights or return transfers from France to Italy.
