MUST ALL BOOKINGS BE MADE IN ADVANCE?
We recommend booking as early as possible. Once booked at least 24 hours before pick-up, the vehicle is secured and we guarantee its availability unless we are overbooked. Last-minute reservations are possible if a vehicle is available.
WHERE WILL I MEET THE DRIVER UPON ARRIVAL?
Your driver will pick you up at the location you requested. For airport pickups, the driver will wait for you in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name.
WILL I BE DROPPED OFF AT MY HOTEL?
Yes. All our services are door-to-door. The driver will take you directly to the address provided during booking.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES OR HIDDEN COSTS?
No. There are no booking fees, and all prices are all-inclusive.
WILL SOMEONE ELSE BE TRAVELING IN THE VEHICLE I RESERVED?
No. We provide private transfers only. The price you pay reserves the vehicle exclusively for you.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
Transfer rates are per vehicle, not per person.
A minimum deposit of 30% is required to confirm any transfer booking.
For multi-day tours, cancellation and deposit conditions are individual and will be specified during the booking process.
The remaining balance can be paid directly to the driver by credit card, via payment link, or in cash.
A 100% advance online payment is also available if preferred.
HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT MY RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED?
After completing your reservation, you will first receive a notification that it is being processed. Once processing is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Your reservation is considered confirmed only after you receive this confirmation email. Processing may take up to 60 minutes, or up to 24 hours depending on the request.
CHANGE AND CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
After requesting a cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival for city and airport transfers.
For long-distance and intercity international transfers between countries and major cities, cancellations are free of charge up to 72 hours before pick-up.
